Company and organisational structure

Canberra Imaging Group is owned by the 13 Specialist Radiologists and Nuclear Medicine Physicians who work in the practice.

The organisation comprises a medical partnership trading as Canberra Imaging Group with service trust, ACT X-Ray Services Pty Ltd (ABN 93 245 601 531).

A Partnership and Group Governance Deed defines the responsibilities of Canberra Imaging Group partners and delegates the operational management of the organisation to the General Manager.

Chairman

The Chairman is Dr Iain Duncan and he can be contacted on 02 6203 2200.

General Manager

The General Manager is supported by a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Manager Liason & Complaints, Senior Administrative Workforce Manager, Information Systems Manager and Senior Medical Imaging Manager - Accreditation & Quality. They work closely with Site and Office Managers who deal with local operational issues.
