Company and organisational structure

Canberra Imaging Group is owned by the 11 Specialist Radiologists and Nuclear Medicine Physicians who work in the practice.

The organisation comprises a medical partnership trading as Canberra Imaging Group with service trust, ACT X-Ray Services Pty Ltd (ABN 93 245 601 531).

A Partnership and Group Governance Deed defines the responsibilities of Canberra Imaging Group partners and delegates the operational management of the organisation to the CEO.

Chairman

The Chairman is Dr Niri Ganeshan and he can be contacted on 02 6203 2200.

CEO

The CEO is supported by a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Workforce Manager, Information Systems Manager and Senior Manager - Accreditation & Quality. They work closely with Site and Office Managers who deal with local operational issues.
