The Role
An energetic and well presented Medical Receptionist with a warm personality and happy disposition is sought to join our dedicated administration team in the Angiography and Interventional Suite at Deakin. Shifts are 7:30am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.
This is a permanent position within a day surgery environment, operational from Monday to Thursday. Operational hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.
Duties include, but are not limited to, data entry, admission and discharge of patients, billing, invoicing and booking appointments.
The successful candidate will have:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated competency in the use of standard software packages
- High attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Previous experience in a day surgery environment will be advantageous
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
