The Siemens SOMATOM® go.Up is installed in two locations to meet our referring practitioners needs as well as offering their patients lower radiation doses and access to the latest in CT technology in our Gungahlin and Belconnen locations.
The largest contributor to the significant increase in medical irradiation is now CT scans, accounting for more than 50% of the total in Australia while only making up 17% of the procedures.
