Subject: PACS Defect Mammogram – IMPORTANT
Hi All,
Philips have identified a defect in our build of IntelliSpace PACS. The issue relates to the LM view only and is in regards to the Slice indicator being reversed (showing reversed Medial and Lateral sides).
All other mammogram views are not affected. Please be aware that when reviewing Mammograms with this view that you cross check the position with other views. The slice indicator can be turned off using a shortcut key that you can set in your preferences. Please get in touch if you need assistance with this.
There is an upgrade available for our PACS to address this issue, however we are reluctant to proceed to a new PACS build as the disruption to the business and our referrers would not be ideal.
